February always seems to be the toughest month to motivate yourself to workout. The holidays are over and spring/summer seem a long way away. The thing is…THIS IS THE BEST MONTH TO WORKOUT for those results you want to see in spring. You need to start now to get the arm definition you want for sleeveless shirts or the stamina to enjoy outdoor activities.
ISFS want to help with this by challenging you to get to class more often in February. The GET FIT FEBRUARY challenge or #GFF will enter you in to a raffle every time you attend class. Make sure to check in so we know you got your workout in. The drawing will happen on March 1st for a Free Month of classes.
If you are motivated by a little competition or something for Free then take advantage and get to class!!!! No matter whether your name is picked or not if you continue to get your workouts in during the month of February you will come out a winner!
