Stephanie a mom of two healthy energetic boys, Stephanie has always been passionate about yoga. she practiced during her pregnancy and found it so rewarding and joyful that it seemed a natural next step to complete the 200-hour teacher training program at the Yoga Loft in order to share her love of yoga with others.During her classes, she brings a playfulness and confluence of all types of yoga to make it fun and enjoyable. Yoga allows a moment for everyone and stephanie believes that students leave class with that, along with that svasana bliss.
Yoga is a moving meditation that allows me to really listen to my body and feel connected to it. Over time I am finding more on my mat. Not only do I find strength and balance but I have found a firm foundation that I carry with me to navigate life.
Wanting to deepen my knowledge and practice of yoga, I completed the Yoga Loft 200 Hour certification program. My desire is to share the gift of mindful detailed patterns of movement and breath with intention while creating inner awareness and lightness as we attain our individual goals in our practice. I enjoy teaching themed vinyasa flow focused on alignment. Yoga can transform you and benefit you in endless ways. Living in this crazy busy life we lead, we need to make space for self-health care. To me this means to take time for yourself, pay attention to what your body and mind are trying to tell you. The answer is often in front of you, if you take the time to listen. The journey inward, will lead outward.

Hi I'm Angie. I have been enjoying being a yoga instructor for little over 2 years now. I teach Hatha style flow and Restorative. I have been teaching at Inner Strength Fitness Studio since May of 2014, fresh out of teacher training. I teach a weekly Stretch and Restore, kids yoga, hatha flow and monthly 2 hour Restorative class. I am certified to teach SUP Yoga and assist Miss Melanie Yoga. I also have Trauma training from Shanthi project, have taught at The Victory House, a men's shelter and at women's homeless shelters. My goal is to bring yoga any where it is needed, in any form. I believe in giving back to our community and those in need.
Sandra has been a fitness instructor for over 30 years. She is passionate about enhancing the quality of lives of the people she encounters through fitness. She is known for her technical and energetic style of teaching. If you are looking to burn calories, get your heart pumping, define some muscles, energize your soul and have fun, her classes are for you. Sandra attended The University of California at Irvine, pursuing a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, Dance. This degree consisted of extensive studies in exercise physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, music composition and presentation and performance.
She has taught fitness and dance in several states; Southern California, Naperville, Illinois, and Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Bethlehem Township, Pennsylvania.

Sandra has been a resident in Bethlehem Township with her husband for 21 years and married for 38 years. They have two wonderful daughters and one delightful dog Frisco. Frisco is a rescue dog.

I started with fitness when I was young. I played softball since age 5. My dad had a heart attack when he was 37. He lived, thank God. I was in 2nd grade. I will never forget that day. I ran track in high school, ran a 1/2 marathon, and many 5K's. Running was my release. It's amazing but then I found a passion for group fitness. The instructors that I took classes from gave me that passion. The drive and push of all of the participants is what makes me love being an instructor.
Graduate of Liberty High School, John Casablancas School of Modeling, and Allentown School of Cosmetology. I have been an employee at Outlooks for Hair for over 24 years. After graduation I won the title of Miss Quaker State and worked for a company that ran high roller busses to Atlantic City NJ. As a cheerleader in high school and art student, using my creativity always designing and choreographing routines I realized how important and fun exercise is for you. I came across yoga and have found how wonderful and fullfiling, how it transforms your body and mind and makes you feel. I received my 200 hour certification in 2013 and have been teaching ever since.I am always furthering my education with workshops from established yogis and classes to keep my practice updated. Happily married for 29 years, my husband Steve, a physical education teacher who also believes exercise is an important part of life. We are dog lovers and currently have a mix breed named JADA.
I was a competitive cheerleader for 16 years. Once cheerleading was over, I started coming to Inner Strength to stay in shape.
By October 2015, I decided to become a RIPPED instructor because I always had a blast taking the class and wanted to share my love of Ripped with everyone around me. By the new year I was teaching at Inner Strength and eventually took on a Cardio Kickboxing class as well. Becoming a fitness instructor was the best decision for me because I love making people happy and entertaining people. Being a fitness instructor allows me to do both and stay in shape at the same time! I love my Inner Strength family!!
Leilani Miller has been teaching Fletcher Pilates since 2011. She has a strong background in dance, and movement has always been an important part of her life. Helping people maintain and restore movement abilities as well as tone, stretch, and strengthen through Pilates is the focus of her teaching.
I've always been motivated to maintain a healthier lifestyle, however, I don't feel that my fitness journey truly began until I was introduced to Inner Strength Fitness Studio. After having my two sons in 2013 and 2014, I was struggling to find that drive that I used to have. I took my first class at ISFS in April of 2015- boot camp. I enjoyed the class format so much, I had to come back the very next day to try R.I.P.P.E.D.- I was HOOKED! An hour of the day that I could focus on myself. It was exactly what I needed! Shortly after, I started to notice the results- the ultimate motivator! After a few months, Wendy asked me if I had ever considered becoming an instructor. A position I would have never considered for myself before. I decided to go for it. Being able to provide the motivation and drive to others that has been given to me was an opportunity I could not turn down. I obtained my group instructor certification and in June 2016, I taught my first Pure Strength class. Inner Strength Fitness Studio has ignited a passion in me that I never knew existed before. A passion for fitness, a passion for motivating others and a passion for living a healthy and positive lifestyle. My journey has just started and I couldn't be more excited to learn and grow as an instructor at ISFS.
La'Var's background is in competitive body building and fitness modeling. He now uses that experience to motivate others as a fitness trainer. His motto is teamwork makes the dream work. His classes consist of full body workouts for symmetrical strength and appearance. They are geared toward using our amazing bodies as machines. La'Var teaches group fitness classes and is also available for personal training appointments.
Traci has been in the group fitness industry for 16 years. She was certified as a group fitness instructor through AFAA in 2000 and ACE in 2013. She has taught many classes over the years, including step, kickboxing, body sculpting, boot camp, Spin, RIPPED, Bokwa, barre, tabata, and various Zumba Fitness classes. Traci is super excited to share her energy and passion for dance and fitness with the members at Inner Strength Fitness Studio!
Outside of the fitness world, Traci holds a Masters degree in Learning Disabilities and works full time as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant for the Phillipsburg School District. She lives with her husband and three children in Nazareth, PA.
I live in Bethlehem (about a 1/2 mile from the studio) with my husband, Eric, two sons, Adam and Andy, and our beagle, Mason. I work at Freedom High School, where I teach math. My fitness journey began when I was a young girl entering youth runs with my dad who was an avid runner. I can not think of a time when exercise of some kind was not a part of my daily routine. I was a gymnast who loved to dance. As a result, I became a cheerleader at both the high school and college level and was able to incorporate both activities. In addition, I coached for several years until I started my family.
I have been taking group exercise classes for over 30 years and have enjoyed it immensely. I have always wanted to be an instructor, but I never felt I had the time to fit it into my busy schedule of being a mom to my two sons and a full time teacher who was involved in many school and community activities. With both of my boys now in college, I have decided that I finally have the time to devote to this endeavor. I recently got certified in primary group exercise, and I feel very fortunate to be joining the Innerstrength team. I am so excited to share my passion for fitness with all of you!
My name is Kourtney Henry and I graduated from American Academy of Personal Training, where I gained exceptional knowledge and hands on skills for effective and outstanding fitness training programs. I am an overall fitness trainer that specialize in weight loss and strength exercises. I never fail to help a client achieve their goals in a realistic fashion. Your goals become my goals.
Kourtney teaches TRX classes and is available for personal training.
Amy, after having two healthy children, started making exercise part of her routine. She loved challenges that classes offered and was motivated to become an instructor. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor for 8 years. She says “The participants make the class, their effort and passion is CONTAGIOUS making every class a true experience! I love it!!!”
Maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle has been something that I learned from a young age. Like most, that all went away when I went to college. After college, my weight gain wasn’t the only thing getting me down. My anxiety was through the roof! I knew I had to change my lifestyle so back to the gym I went. To keep from getting bored with my workouts, I started to take group fitness classes and I was hooked! Seeing my weight and anxiety decrease was enough to make me change my lifestyle for the better. Group fitness has seen me through 3 healthy pregnancies, helped me “bounce back” after all of them, given me the “me time” I crave as a mother of 3 young children, mental clarity, and a drive to be my best. As an instructor, I’m excited to share my passion for fitness and I hope to help everyone who takes my class become the best version of themselves!
