Stephanie has always been passionate about yoga. She practiced during her pregnancy and found it so rewarding and joyful that it seemed a natural next step to complete the 200-hour teacher training program at the Yoga Loft in order to share her love of yoga with others. She currently received her 30 hour 5Elements Ayurveda Vinyasa teacher training in OBX (2/19) During her classes, she brings a playfulness and confluence of all types of yoga to make it fun and enjoyable. Yoga allows a sense of freedom that we find in our bodies, we connect to our vibe on our mats and in these moments we leave class with savasana bliss.

Stephanie lives in Williams Twp, PA with her husband Jonathan, 2 boys Kohlmann & Hunter, dog Hooper, Meatball the bearded dragon along with Tanner their leopard gecko. You can find Stephanie at the beach, parks or outdoors when she’s not on her yoga mat XO

Yoga is a moving meditation that allows me to really listen to my body and feel connected to it. Over time I am finding more on my mat. Not only do I find strength and balance but I have found a firm foundation that I carry with me to navigate life.

Wanting to deepen my knowledge and practice of yoga, I completed the Yoga Loft 200 Hour certification program. My desire is to share the gift of mindful detailed patterns of movement and breath with intention while creating inner awareness and lightness as we attain our individual goals in our practice. I enjoy teaching themed vinyasa flow focused on alignment. Yoga can transform you and benefit you in endless ways. Living in this crazy busy life we lead, we need to make space for self-health care. To me this means to take time for yourself, pay attention to what your body and mind are trying to tell you. The answer is often in front of you, if you take the time to listen. The journey inward, will lead outward.

Pilates is about the mind, breath, spirit and body. Lengthen and straighten in alignment. Giving people the opportunity to move and connect with themselves is why Sheena is so passionate about teaching.  Sheena found her love for Pilates in 2011 while training for her first marathon.  It gave her mental focus and improved body awareness. After three years of being a dedicated student, she signed up for Fletcher Pilates Matwork Training in Arizona so she could share her love with the world.  In January 2014, she received her Certificate of Merit for completing the course. She started off teaching group classes at Aardvark Sports Shop (where she currently works) from 2014 until 2018.  Sheena enjoys practicing & teaching the Pilates method at her home studio in Bethlehem Township, and of course loves teaching here at Inner Strength Fitness! Sheena is currently working on her 600 hour Comprehensive Certification with Pure Body Teacher Training  at The Studio: Tara-Lyn Pilates in New Jersey.  This training course will enable her to instruct on a variety of Pilates apparatus such as the cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel and other amazing pieces of equipment.  She hopes to complete the training sometime in 2020. Want to feel like you got a great workout in and refreshed at the same time?  Come join her for some mindful movement, core/body strengthening and seriously amazing results!
