Do you want a kick but workout or is a lower less intense workout more your style? Do you get motivated by working with other like minded people.   We offer it all with our group fitness classes at a reasonable price in a welcoming environment.  We have the top  instructors in the valley who will push you to the best of YOUR abilities.  We emphasize modifications so everyone can feel success in class.

Pure Strength - a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.

R.I.P.P.E.D.® - The One Stop Body Shock™ is a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class. This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.— Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

POUND® - a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Zumba® - A very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!

Cardio Kickboxing - A  combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts --
This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Yet it is suitable for all levels

Cardio Sculpt – Ramp up your heart rate with cardio step plus weight segments for strength and toning

HIIT It Hard -30 minute High Intensity Interval Training. Involves quick bursts of cardio with intense toning segments that will burn max calories while building muscle tone and endurance all in one 30 minute class. 

Anything Goes – Higher intensity instructor choice class that will always consist of cardio and toning.

Strong – Music led interval training.  Music is crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout.   The result?  A group fitness experience like no other.

Boot Camp - Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach. Boot Camp is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced. 

Barre Fit – Low impact, heart pumping, full body workout to develop muscular endurance, flexibility, and core strength.

BodyBlast30 – Challenge your muscles and your cardio with this 30 minute boot camp style class.  Get max benefits in minimum time!

FitHappens - This class is a combination of high-intensity cardio & Strength training followed by a gentle stretch while the muscles are still warm to provide the maximium whole body benefit in 45 minutes

TRX BURN - This 30 min class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of high tension loads in this time-based workout. Only 6 TRX trainers available so make sure to sign up for class!

BODY BURN - Using dumbbells and steps this class combines toning & cardio in a pyramid format for a total body workout that adjusts to any level.

STEP IT UP - A full body cardio workout using the step to get the heart rate thumping and target the muscles in the butt and thighs.

RUMBLE- Authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment! Like R.I.P.P.E.D.- Rumble’s formulated with Systematic Science based techniques that are safe, effective, and FUN! You will use a weapon; The Rumble Stick- creates a higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement.


Mind /Body 

Yoga Flow Mixed Level - Hatha Yoga, VINYASA FLOW Sequence of stretching toning and strengthening.  Incorporating asanas (poses) with the movement of your breath. Energizing yet challenging, will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and well being. 

Yoga Tone – Gentle Yoga and Stretching with a focus on core strength.  Great for beginners to both yoga and fitness classes.  You will use light weights, stability balls, and bosu's to help work the core making it a slightly different experience each week.

Stretch and Strengthen - We will begin class with slow stretching poses, releasing muscle tightness. Then we will move into prop supported poses designed to further release muscles relaxing the body and mind. We end class in Savanna with Yoga Nidra .

Transform – unites yoga and sport in a refreshing and unique journey.  Engage you mind and BODY using sun salutation, plyometric hops and lunges, balance and strength poses, twisting and lengthening positions, and more.  Get ready for a mind/body experience unlike any you’ve seen before.  It’s time to create a new path in your fitness journey.  It’s time to TRANSFORM YOURSELF!

Pilates - Is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Beginner Yoga - If you are new to yoga this is the class for you!  Learn the correct technique and form for all of the basic yoga poses while still strengthening and stretching your body.
