We offer it all with our group fitness classes at a reasonable price in a welcoming environment. We have the top instructors in the valley who will push you to the best of YOUR abilities. We emphasize modifications so everyone can feel success in class.

STRONG by Zumba™- combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.
Pure Strength - a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.
Transform - unites yoga and sport like never before. Prepare for a unique mind/body experience featuring traditional yoga poses, such as warrior, and sport-influenced movement including plyometrics, and strength.
R.I.P.P.E.D.® - The One Stop Body Shock™ is a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class. This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.— Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.
PIYO® - PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility
Insanity® - INSANITY® is challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow—but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life. So as you're giving it your all, just when you feel like your body is about to max out on certain movements, you're saved by the bell and it's time for the next block of moves. Plus, moves can always be modified so you can work up to your own best level.
POUND® - a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Zumba® - A very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!
Cardio Kickboxing - A combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts --
This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Yet it is suitable for all levels
Cardio Kick and Power – Same as Cardio Kickboxing but with weight and Core sections added
willPower & grace® - A fusion of postures and drills, this workout is as philosophical is it is physical; a full-body functional workout meets sports psychology. We integrate the smartest and safest Foot Fitness exercises to strengthen your feet and enhance your balance while simultaneously conditioning the entire body and yielding a high caloric burn. This unique workout is fun and interesting for students of all levels.
Sunrise Strength and Stretch -30 minutes of functional strength training using body weights and free weights, followed by 30 minutes of taking the time we need to for an amazing stretch.
Strength and Tone - All weights and a little cardio. We use heavy weights to build that fat burning sexy muscle all women and men want and need.
Anything Goes – Higher intensity instructor choice class that will always consist of cardio and strength.
Yoga Studio Classes
Yoga Flow Mixed Level - Hatha Yoga, VINYASA FLOW Sequence of stretching toning and strengthening. Incorporating asanas (poses) with the movement of your breath. Energizing yet challenging, will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and well being.
Yoga Stretch and Restore - We will begin class with slow stretching poses, releasing muscle tightness. Then we will move into prop supported poses designed to further release muscles relaxing the body and mind. We end class in Savanna with Yoga Nidra .
Yoga Saturday at 9am - Hatha Yoga Flow with yoga Nidra Beginner and Athlete Friendly
Yoga Level 1 – Slow moving flow based on Hatha/Vinyassa methods. Perfect for beginners or for those who are recovering from illness or injury. In this class, you will focus on breathing techniques to create a “moving meditation”, connecting the heart to the mind and body.
Yoga Level 2 – Flow based on Hatha/Vinyassa methods, appropriate for those who are familiar with the basics and are ready to build upon previous levels. In this class, we go deeper in to the body and often play, introducing more advanced poses such as inversions and arm balances.
Gentle Awakening Yoga – Awaken body and mind with fun stretches and guided relaxation. Do away with stiff muscles and bring about positive thoughts. Leave with a serene smile inside and out feeling ready to tackle the day ahead
Pilates - Is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
